North Pool Refurbishment Close to Completion

These pictures show work continuing on the North pool on Friday, Sept. 26th. Workers are applying the pebble tack over the surface of the concrete. Lights, hand railings and final inspection are scheduled for next week if all goes well. The pool refurbishment is 95% complete. In other news, Basil reports that the balcony work on building 2 is 100% complete with final inspection and release of lien remaining. New Guard House Awning Installed

On Wednesday, 9/24, a new awning was installed by Delray Awning on the guard house.  The awning color and  logo match our new Ambassadors East Sign.  See pictures above.
