Special Assessment for Completion of Concrete Project

As a result of the Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday, December 7, all unit owners will receive this week a letter regarding assessments for the ongoing concrete project.  Over the years, our buildings, situated directly on the ocean, have experienced substantial structural damage which could not be easily discovered during the initial inspection by the engineers in March. As work progressed this damage which could in some cases could be potentially dangerous to our residents was revealed as the buildings were inspected in depth. Much of the unseen damage involved the horizontal concrete "eyebrows" which transverse the buildings on the exterior between each floor. Board of Directors Meeting - 12-07-16

THE BOD OF THE AE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION will meet on Wednesday, December 7, 2016  at 6:30 PM in the Building 3 Social Room.  The meeting is being held a week early in order to address and vote on issues which must be resolved ASAP.   This is an important meeting and all unit owners who are able to are encouraged to attend and participate.

Notice of Supplemental Special Assesment

This week a letter was sent to all unit owners about the approval by the BOD on August 10, 2016 of  a Supplemental Special Assessment in order to complete the ongoing work of the Concrete Restoration and Painting Project. (see letter below). If you did not receive a letter or your letter did not contain the necessary coupons and envelopes please contact Christina in the office ASAP
(561-278-4148).

TAN will publish in the next few days updated pictures of the progress of this project.  The board reports that the contractors are still a little ahead of schedule. Thank you.
