Next Phase of Inspections - Concrete Project
Today the above notice was left at the door of each possibly affected unit in Buildings 1, 2 and 3. Tomorrow, March 22nd the units will be visited by the named individuals to determine their final status regarding unit intrusion.

A New Look For Ambassadors East
When our snowbird friends return again to their winter home in 2017, these are the buildings they should look for at 3215, 3221 and 3301 S Ocean Blvd.! Yep, these are our new paint colors. After reviewing a number of color combinations presented by designers from the Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore Companies, the board voted for this one. The darker brown is in the taupe family, the eyebrows and other trim are a lighter taupe and the main part of the buildings will be a nice bright off-white. Most residents are pleased with the choice.

New TAN Category Added for the Concrete Restoration Project
New Category - We have added a special category for the Concrete Restoration and Painting Project which will be ongoing through about January, 2017. This will allow you to view all the posts related to the project throughout its life in chronological sequence, most recent post date to first.
Just scroll down in the blue left sidebar in this blog to the "SELECT POSTS BY CATEGORY" section and click or tap on the "2016 Concrete Restoration........" category. There are just 4 posts in the category now but it is sure to grow throughout the year. We will include everything related to the project including parking and building access changes, bulletin board notices and pictures of progress on the buildings.

Your Ambassadors East News was out of commission for a couple of weeks. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! As you can see, all is well now and none of our precious archives were lost.
