Special Assessment for Completion of Concrete Project

As a result of the Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday, December 7, all unit owners will receive this week a letter regarding assessments for the ongoing concrete project.  Over the years, our buildings, situated directly on the ocean, have experienced substantial structural damage which could not be easily discovered during the initial inspection by the engineers in March. As work progressed this damage which could in some cases could be potentially dangerous to our residents was revealed as the buildings were inspected in depth. Much of the unseen damage involved the horizontal concrete "eyebrows" which transverse the buildings on the exterior between each floor. Board of Directors Meeting - 12-07-16

THE BOD OF THE AE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION will meet on Wednesday, December 7, 2016  at 6:30 PM in the Building 3 Social Room.  The meeting is being held a week early in order to address and vote on issues which must be resolved ASAP.   This is an important meeting and all unit owners who are able to are encouraged to attend and participate.
