Ambassadors East owners: please come join the AE Board of Directors and take part in setting goals, sharing ideas, and general fellowship in an open forum about making AE a better place for all of us. We will be discussing short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals, reviewing what committees will best serve our community, and in general what we would like to accomplish this year and into the future for everyone in our community.

Annual Meeting of the AE Condominium Association Membership - 01/20/15

The Annual AE Condominium Association Membership Meeting  will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2015.  The meeting will take place in the Building 3 social room at 7 PM. The primary topic on the agenda for this meeting is the election of the candidates for the Board of Directors for each building and the election of board officers (Board member vote only). 

Below is a list of the candidates up for election or re-election to the Board.  

Building. 1 - Ruth Halle, Arvid Johanson, Martin Silver

Building  2 - John "JD" Dinnocenzo, Alice Keller, Nikki Lischinsky, Harvey Mart

AE Social Committee Meeting Notice - 01/21/15

With the start of the new 2015 Social Season at Ambassadors East, the Social Committee welcomes all residents to come to these meetings and help plan and organize the events.

Managers Report for 01/16/2015

(Report as per Manager Basil Aiello - Excerpts from his Weekly Update to board members, week ending 01/16/15)

1. The new bike racks we ordered have been delivered and will be installed next week..

2. Signs asking residents to close the umbrellas have been installed on each of the umbrella tables by the pools.

3. The pine trees and the old fence were removed from the South end of the property.  A new fence will be installed next week.  New plants for the property will arrive in April.

4. A tall palm tree was removed east of Bldg. 3 and 3 small palm trees were planted to replace it.
