A New Look For Ambassadors East

When our snowbird friends return again to their winter home in 2017, these are the buildings they should look for at 3215, 3221 and 3301 S Ocean Blvd.!  Yep,  these are our new paint colors.  After reviewing a number of color combinations presented by designers from the Sherwin Williams and  Benjamin Moore Companies, the board voted for this one. The darker brown is in the taupe family, the eyebrows and other trim are a lighter taupe and the main part of the buildings will be a nice bright off-white. Most residents are pleased with the choice.

Manager's Report - Week Ending 06/26/15

1. Staff repaired a water leak coming from the A/C in the gym.

2. A new A/C unit was installed in Bldg. 2  L/P.   The old one was 19 years old.

3. New A/C duck trunk line was installed in Bldg. 2 Lobby.

4. We replaced 3 water heaters in laundry rooms, 2 in Bldg. 3 and 1 in Bldg.1. The old heaters were 50 gal. We replaced them with 30 gal. They are more efficient.

5. Staff has scraped and painted the steps going up to the machine room in Bldg.3. We will also be doing Bldg. 1 & 2.

6. The windows and doors project is ongoing, Board members are doing a great job!

7. The faded signs have been replaced around the pool and new turtle signs have been installed on the beach.

8.  New TV”s have been installed in the gym and the Bldg. 2 social room! Alice K. and Harvey M. got great deals on both sets.

Windows and Doors Project Update

Please note the change to the notice posted on 4/20 about the Windows and Doors project.  The word "clean" windows and doors has been replaces with "SERVICE" windows and doors.  Servicing entails more than cleaning.  More detailed information will be posted here and sent via email blast to all owners regarding the scope of the project.  We appreciate your patience during the project.
